• Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
• Accidental Charges: If a user was mistakenly charged for a subscription renewal they did not intend to purchase and requests a refund within 48 hours of the charge.
• Technical Issues: If a user experiences persistent technical issues preventing access to the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 7 days).
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a user provides proof of an unauthorized charge due to fraud or security breaches.
4. No Refunds in the Following Cases
• If the user forgets to cancel their subscription before renewal.
• If the user does not use the service after purchasing a subscription.
• If the user cancels mid-cycle and expects a refund for the unused portion.
5. How to Request a Refund

• Refund requests should include proof of the issue (e.g., transaction ID, screenshots of errors, or other relevant details).
6. Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy
The company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through email or in-app notifications.
